Fitness By Design’s Group Personal Training (GPT) is an excellent choice for those wanting to benefit from the expertise and motivation of a personal trainer and the support of like-minded individuals with a modest financial investment.

What makes us different is our focus on the individuals in the collective group-setting. As opposed to traditional boot-camps which tend to be a “one-size fits all” approach, we ensure appropriate workouts for all of our participants, no matter the level of fitness experience. We specialize in individualized, assessment-based and corrective exercise.

We cap our class size at 6 participants to ensure each participant gets sufficient attention from the certified trainer!

GPT sessions are currently offered on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday evenings both indoors and outdoors (weather permitting). You can expect to undertake a variety of full body workouts, address muscle imbalances, focus on technical aspects of movement and have fun! You will have the opportunity to test out the latest and greatest fitness equipment as well!
