Fitness By Design’s Personal Training program is perfect for those seeking a customized program with one-on-one support from a certified personal trainer. Based on a comprehensive assessment, individualized and progressive programs are developed. We believe in regular re-assessment as goals shift and progress is made.

Clients can expect to positively change their body composition, improve confidence and learn about fitness and nutrition.

We also offer sport-specific training (ie: golf, football, soccer, etc.). We can also develop time-sensitive programs to meet goals for upcoming events like weddings, reunions, etc.
