  • 2) An instructional session to ensure proper form/ movement patterns - $45 value

  • 3) 12 week periodized program with descriptions of exercises, stretches, etc. based on your equipment capacity and requirements - $120 value

  • 4) Bi-weekly virtual coaching along the way - $100 value

  • 5) Two program adjustments (after 4 and 8 weeks) - $80 value

  • 6) Nutritional Framework - $30 value

  • 7) Nutritional & Exercise tracking tables - $30 value
